Forest Nature Sounds walk

Join Nicky from Sound and Ground for a slow and mindful walk dedicated to deep listening and noticing of nature’s soundscapes in Thetford forest. Along the way there will be opportunities to pause and listen to the symphony of the natural world, as well as nature inspired sound therapy instruments and explore the spaces in-between the sounds. The experience will conclude with a sharing circle and a woodland tea infusion under the trees.
Please bring with you a cup and something to sit or lay on such as a picnic blanket or folding chair.
The walk will take place in all weathers, including rain, unless it is unsafe to do so (for example, high winds or thunderstorms.)
Suitable for ages 16+ only, all under 18 must be accompanied by a parent /guardian at all times
Parking fee: £1 cash. If you plan to enjoy the site before the walk please be advised you will need to pay the standard site entry fee for the duration of your parking.
