WalkNorfolk25 – Eel set walk on the river Thurne, Potter Heigham. 27/10/25 10am-1pm

Join the local Broads Ranger for a guided walk to visit a traditional eel sett. The walk also includes a stop at a bird hide overlooking Hickling Nature Reserve. The walk is approx. 4½ miles (7km) on a mixture of footpaths (including sections of the Weavers’ Way) and some minor roads. The ground will be uneven; comfortable walking shoes and weatherproof clothing are essential.
